Joint Stock Company “Dori-Darmon” is a leading wholesale and retail trade enterprise in the dynamically developing pharmaceutical market of Uzbekistan. Company has regional subdivisions with 7 joint stock companies and 14 limited liability companies, including 17 warehouses, 15 research and analytical laboratories. “Dori-Darmon Garant” LLC has its own customs warehouse, where customs clearance and storage of pharmaceutical products is carried out. In addition, the company has “Dori-Darmon Invest” LLC, which specializes in market research of medicines market in Uzbekistan, providing services for registration of medicines and medical products. As part of “Dori-Darmon” JSC there is an insurance company “DD Inshurance” LLC, which provides health and property insurance services to the population of the country.

The company pays great attention to the creation of a wide network of social pharmacies with a basic range of socially important medicines and medical products. To date, “Dori-Darmon” JSC and its territorial divisions have established 2,283 social pharmacies, 70 percent of the pharmacy branches are located in rural family policlinics and rural health centers in remote areas. Also in Tashkent there are 44 social pharmacies located in family policlinics and multidisciplinary polyclinics. “Dori-Darmon” JSC for a number of years implements state programs for the provision of medicines for the treatment of socially significant diseases at the expense of earmarked budget funds to medical institutions of the Ministry of Health.  

“Dori-Darmon” JSC pharmacy network distributes drugs and medical products free of charge to the beneficiary categories of patients. The list of 13 diseases and the list of persons receiving free medical care in outpatient settings, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 204 as of July 22, 2013.

In order to fully meet the population's needs for medicines, the company's pharmacies have begun to manufacture medicines on prescription.

In order to improve services for Tashkent residents, including patients of privileged categories, information service “1002” of “Dori-Darmon” JSC network was established, which provides detailed information about the availability of drugs and medical products in 96 pharmacies of Tashkent city.
